iHeartMedia St. Louis recognizes the effect Breast Cancer has on the women in the African American community and their families. We continue our dedication to the African American community in 2024 encouraging women to get mammograms because early detection saves lives. This year we are hosting our 15th Annual Sista Strut 3K Walk and Car Parade sponsored by Brown and Crouppen on Saturday, October 5th in Downtown St. Louis at the corner of 14th and Market to continue bringing awareness and raise money to give back to the community.
Things You Should Know
1. To receive your swag in time for Sista Strut on October 5th, you must register by September 21st.
2. Swag pickup dates are September 28th & 29th, 9 AM – 3 PM at Harris Stowe State University, Sponsored By: Mid America Chevy Dealers. Everyone registered by September 21st must pick up by September 29th. No items will be available on the day of Sista Strut.
3. On the day of Sista Strut, we will hold a Balloon Release to honor those lost to breast cancer. Balloons can be purchased at the event.
No outside balloons allowed.
Free parking is available until 12 noon at:

Williams Paper Lot: 318 South 16th Street
Justice Center Garage: 1115 Clark Street
