October 11, 2024 | Atlanta, GABy A.D. Drew | Black College Sports NetworkMid-term reports are being accumulated on all of the HBCU football teams. Some have met expectations! Some have room to improve! Some leave something to be desired! Some have over-achieve! Other are surprising.
Wherever you favorite football team falls, action begins on Friday with a prime-time matchup on ESPN2. The road to Atlanta will begin to take shape on Saturday, in the SWAC, with a Western Division match-up featuring Alcorn State and Grambling State. The SIAC will only have one undefeated team after Albany State and Miles faceoff. And the CIAA? Enough said. Seven teams are in contention, but everyone is looking up at Johnson C. Smith, who is on a bye.
