A tribute to the unwavering dedication of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis.

AYP – Committed to empowering individuals through literacy, achievement, and educational advancement

The Missouri Valley Conference and Great Southern Bank demonstrated their strong support for the youth in the Bi-State region during the championship game on Sunday. Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis (BGCSTL) was honored to receive a $5,000 donation, highlighting their collective efforts in uplifting area youth. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis (BGCSTL) recently received a $5,000 donation from Great Southern Bank and the Missouri Valley Conference. This generous contribution was presented during halftime of the Drake vs. Bradley Championship game at the Enterprise Center on Sunday, March 9, 2025.

Brandon Williams, President and CEO of BGCSTL, expressed gratitude, stating, “We are excited to continue our partnership with the Missouri Valley Conference and Great Southern Bank. A special thank you to Missouri Valley Commissioner Jeff Jackson, Assistant Commissioner Zack Hurst, and Chase Ramsdell, Commercial Relationship Manager in St. Louis, for their commitment to youth.”

The donation highlights the shared commitment of Great Southern Bank and the Missouri Valley Conference to uplifting and supporting youth in the Bi-State region. Brandon Williams and Missouri Valley Commissioner Jeff Jackson commemorated this moment, recognizing its importance in supporting BGCSTL’s impactful programs.

BGCSTL is dedicated to inspiring and enabling young people across the region to achieve their full potential as productive and caring citizens. Through after-school programs, teen services, sports, summer activities, and mentorship initiatives, the organization supports youth at twelve locations across the Bi-State region. These include the Adams Park Club, Teen Center of Excellence, and more, in addition to programs like Mentor St. Louis and the St. Louis Internship Program.

The donation by Great Southern Bank and the Missouri Valley Conference underscores the importance of partnerships in creating opportunities to help youth succeed.
