We are excited to announce that Darryl “DMC” McDaniels is serving as the ambassador for the My Life In A Bag Foundation. This organization is dedicated to supporting youth in foster care, residential group homes, and those experiencing homelessness through initiatives like charity concerts, providing essential items, books, stuffed animals, and programs such as “Beyond the Bag,” which focus on reading literacy, mental health, and mentorship.

Darryl McDaniels, a proud adoptee, passionately advocates for young people and has partnered with fellow artist Joseph Simmons to come out of retirement for a special one-night event in St. Louis, MO. Their participation will help raise awareness and vital funds for the foundation’s efforts.
In addition, McDaniels has reached out to other prominent artists—including Salt-N-Pepa, Kid ‘N Play, Doug E. Fresh, MC Lyte, and Big Daddy Kane—who are eager to support this impactful cause and help transform the lives of the youth served by the foundation.
We invite you to support this meaningful event happening on Friday, November 7, 2025. For more information or to get involved, please contact Bizkitt at 833.909.2020 or email Mylifeinabag.f@gmail.com.
