Empowering Business Leaders with the Right Tools for Successful Ventures

For the entrepreneur working diligently to enhance the bottom line, getting there means embarking on grueling tasks for the one in charge.
As the person taking the risks of a business venture to connect products and services with customers, an exceptional marketing firm exists that’s built to make the process less daunting for you, the entrepreneur, a.k.a., “the boss.”

Meet Boss Help, a company built to make the life of a “boss” easier. Boss is the acronym describing services that Boss Help delivers: Business, Operations, Supplies, Software.
“We provide consulting services, operational support, business hardware, and software along with most of the most common business needs like website building, graphic design, social media management, and much more,” says owner and founder, CJ Robinson.
Robinson’s firm assists business owners with a plethora of responsibilities and timelines and helps solve issues not able to be immediately addressed to do manpower deficits.
“Boss Help assists business owners with problematic vendors, for example, and other common issues bosses are faced with every day,” he says.
With more than 50 vendors and about 2,500 clients across the country and even a couple outside of the United States, Boss Help saves its clients between $2,000 and $23,000 annually, he says.
Robinson, 36, started Boss Help in 2018 after running a corporate marketing company, called Dynamic Retail Solutions, doing work for Big Box Stores like Best Buy, Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club.
Six years earlier in 2012 and before the launch of Boss Help, when he started Dynamic Retail Solutions just outside of Dallas, TX, people he went to college and high school knew he had his own company that helped larger businesses but didn’t know exactly what he did. They would reach out to him for advice and consulting when they were looking to start or grow their businesses, says.
“After doing that as a favor for former classmates and acquaintances, and tiring of the corporate monotony, I came up with an idea for a membership service for business owners that would help independent business owners run more efficiently for a low price,” Robinson recalls.
“We would enroll new clients based on their needs by doing basic business audits to determine what were the most inefficient parts of their businesses,” he continues. “Soon after clients would start asking for more direct help with websites, software, and different services. So, over time we transitioned from a simple membership to a full business concierge service.”
The future is bright for Boss Help. Robinson has a solid presence in Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, New Orleans and Washington D.C. However, as the prospect of massive federal budget cuts looms under the administration of President Donald Trump, he expresses concern about the impact on Washington D.C. business health.
“My biggest worry with the Trump administration’s cut to federal funding and overall workforce is the impact it could have on my clients in the DMV,” he explains. “A large reduction in federal jobs would create a big strain on the consumer market in the area.
“A loss of federal workforce jobs in the area could be a big loss in sales and revenue for my clients in that market.”
Robinson’s objective is to make life easier for “The Boss” with business solutions. Be it helping with a business start-up or helping to better an existing business, Boss Help was built and designed to help privately owned businesses have easy and affordable access to all the tools they will ever need to grow and thrive.

“We are designed to give the business owner a streamlined pathway to success,” Robinson asserts. “They don’t need to go to Vista Print to get business cards, Fast Signs to get a sign for their building, GoDaddy to build their website.
“We can do it all right here at Boss Help.”
