Drive-Thru Community Wellness and Resource Fair with Turkey Giveaway
WHO:
• Dwayne Butler, CEO of Betty Jean Kerr People’s Health Centers
• Mark Sanford, Executive Director of People’s Community Action Corporation and EVP of Betty Jean Kerr People’s Health Centers
• Medical professionals and community outreach specialists will be onsite to provide flu shots, COVID-19 vaccinations, health screenings, and information about health insurance options.
WHEN & WHERE:
• Friday, November 22 – 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, rain or shine
Location: 11642 West Florissant Ave., St. Louis, MO 63033
• Saturday, November 23 – 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, rain or shine
Location: 5701 Delmar Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63112
Process for location:
• Drive up, complete a brief assessment card, and receive a turkey and bag of sides to make a meal.
DETAILS:
Betty Jean Kerr People’s Health Centers is hosting a two-day Drive-Thru Turkey Giveaway and Wellness Fair to support families in need. The first 300 households will receive a turkey and produce after participating in health screenings, intake assessments, and other resources provided by the health center. Health Insurance Marketplace information, flu shots, and COVID-19 vaccinations will also be available.

As families prepare to gather for the holidays, Betty Jean Kerr People’s Health Centers is committed to promoting wellness and providing resources to help the community stay healthy, protect themselves and others, and enjoy the season with peace of mind.
