Their impact on the community and helping children thrive is undeniable. As we prepare for the new year, let’s lend a helping hand and make a difference in the lives of those around us. So let’s open our hearts and wallets, and make this holiday season truly special for all involved. Happy holidays!

About Annie Malone

136 Years of Changing Lives

For over a century, Annie Malone has been a beacon of hope, education, and empowerment for children and families in need. As we celebrate our 136th anniversary, we’re inviting you to join us in honoring this legacy by donating $136 For Change.

This December, we are calling on YOU to join our #136forChange campaign.

Why $136?

It represents the 136 years we’ve been working to provide critical resources and support to families in our community.

Annie Malone provides shelter to children in crisis, as well as youth drug-intervention services and gives parents the necessary tools they need to keep their families together.

Your pledge of $136 will help us continue this vital work.

Our latest programs and services empowers the current generation of young men in our community economically, so that the next generation of children can grow up in homes that are safe and secure.

But we can’t make this change alone.

Annie Malone wasn’t just a pioneer in business—she was a pioneer in giving back. As one of the first African American female millionaires, she built her fortune in the beauty industry and used it to create opportunities for others. Her generosity established the foundation for what is now the Annie Malone Children & Family Services, touching countless lives through foster care, education, and community programs.
