Empowering Change: JADASA’s Commitment to Domestic Violence Survivors
North St. Louis County, MO – November 13, 2024** – As shelters reach capacity this winter, JADASA announces its One Night Campaign to provide urgent support to women and families affected by domestic and sexual violence. This initiative will fund hotel stays, offering safe shelter for those escaping danger during the cold months.
With a history of supporting over 475 women from 2022 to 2023, JADASA remains committed to offering resources, including counseling and legal aid, to survivors across North St. Louis County and the Greater Metropolitan Area. Dr. Cynthia Bennett, CEO of JADASA, emphasized, “The One Night Campaign aims to provide immediate relief, offering a safe, warm place for survivors to plan their next steps.”
