New Location for CareSTL Health Back to School Health Fair!
The CareSTL Health Back to School Health Fair is a neighborhood block party designed to celebrate summer, prepare families for the upcoming school year, and launch relationships that improve families’ health.
Set in a carnival atmosphere, the indoor/outdoor fair includes a live DJ, family entertainment, refreshments, school supplies & book bags (while supplies last), informational booths hosted by social and community organizations, back-to-school health screenings, and immunizations.
This year the event will be held at our 5471 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive. We’ll see you July 27 from 10am to 2pm!
