Lincoln University, a historically black university in Missouri, is seeking bids for HVAC services through a request for proposal process.
Lincoln University is searching for a contractor to renovate the HVAC system at 900 Leslie Blvd. The building is divided into three separate suites with three separate systems and will be bid accordingly to each suite’s needs.
The contractor will remove all components of the existing system and install new components that will be purchased directly by Lincoln University. The contractor will supply the necessary wiring, disconnects, line sets, piping, training and anything else needed for a turnkey operation.

A pre-bid walkthrough for the project will be conducted on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, 1:00 PM at 901 Leslie Blvd.
Attendance at the pre-bid conference and walk through is mandatory for each bidder submitting a proposal.
