FOXBOROUGH, MA (September 7, 2024) – St. Louis CITY SC split points with New England Revolution after a 2-2 draw on Saturday night. CITY SC took the lead in the first half with a goal from Henry Kessler. The goal was Kessler’s first for St. Louis and was against his former club in New England.Â
The Revolution responded just five minutes later as Luca Langoni leveled the score at 1-1. New England took the lead right before halftime. St. Louis was trailing entering the second half until Simon Becher evened the score in the 73rd minute. St. Louis CITY SC returns home next Saturday, September 14 to face Minnesota United FC for the first time this season.
