Our childhood and adolescent program provides all-encompassing support for children and teens dealing with mental health and substance use challenges. One of the pillars of our program’s success is aggressive outreach to community organizations including schools and individual homes.
Another component of our adolescent program is prevention.
By educating children and teens within the community, we help them to understand the dangers and consequences of substance use before they begin to develop an addiction.

These programs offer a chance for consumers to receive medically supported treatment and develop a strong support network. They also allow for the of building skills necessary for a successful life after the rehabilitation process.
Methadone is one of the most effective ways for those in East St. Louis to receive treatment for opioid addiction. Methadone helps to minimize cravings and symptoms of withdrawal. Those who participate in methadone therapy are also more likely to continue with other forms of treatment.
