The NFL regular season is over, but the real action is just getting started. It is time for the Wild Card round, and a good group of teams are hoping to step a step closer to the Super Bowl. There are some good matchups and when the season gets to this point, anything can happen. Here is what to expect from the Wild Card games.

Los Angeles Chargers vs Houston Texans (Chargers -3) – The Los Angeles Chargers finished the regular season with a record of 11-6. They ended on a high note as they ended with a three-game winning streak. The Chargers are looking to advance and recently, they signed Ezekiel Elliot to their practice squad. Los Angeles, who had a 6-3 record on the road this season, is traveling to Houston to take on the Texans. The Texans finished the regular season with a 10-7 record. They were first in the AFC South. A matchup between C.J. Stroud and Justin Herbert is something to keep an eye on and both quarterbacks will try to lead their teams to victory.

Prediction: The Texans win

Pittsburgh Steelers vs Baltimore Ravens (Ravens -9.5) – The Pittsburgh Steelers finished the regular season with a record of 10-7. They finished the season with a four-game losing streak. Their last loss was against a fellow AFC North team in the Cincinnati Bengals. Two weeks prior, they lost to Baltimore. This is an opportunity to get some revenge and advance to the next round. But it will not be easy. The Ravens finished the season with a 12-5 record. They finished the season with a four-game winning streak. Lamar Jackson had another MVP caliber season, and chances are, he has a big performance in this game. This AFC North matchup will be fun, but the Ravens will come out on top.

Prediction: The Ravens win

Denver Broncos vs Buffalo Bills (Bills -9) – The Denver Broncos had a nice season. They finished the regular season with a record of 10-7. They won their last game as they beat the Kansas City Chiefs 38-0. Their rookie quarterback Bo Nix led the way and is gearing up for a big challenge. The Broncos are 4-5 on the road and they take on a tough team in Buffalo. The Bills finished the regular season with a 13-4 record. They lost to the New England Patriots in their last one. Josh Allen and the Bills had some good wins this season, including the one where they handed the Chiefs their first loss of the season. This Wild Card matchup is a chance to go in, get the win and gear up for the next round.

Prediction: The Bills win

Green Bay Packers vs Philadelphia Eagles (Eagles -4.5) – The Green Bay Packers finished the season with a record of 11-6. They were on a two-game losing streak at the end of the season. They lost to the Minnesota Vikings and the Chicago Bears. Quarterback Jordan Love suffered an injury in the season finale but he participated in Wednesday’s practice. The Packers are on the road as they take on Philadelphia. The Eagles finished the season with a record of 14-3. Philadelphia was a tough team to stop before losing to the Washington Commanders. They were on a 10-game winning streak. The Eagles are dealing with a quarterback situation of their own as Jalen Hurts suffered a concussion against Washington. This could be a good game and Philadelphia will take it.

Prediction: The Eagles win

Washington Commanders vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Buccaneers -3) – The Washington Commanders had an impressive season. They finished 12-5 and exceeded expectations. They have a chance to keep that going with a win in this round. However, Tampa Bay stands in their way. The Buccaneers finished the season with a record of 10-7. They were on top of the NFC South. The Commanders have something to prove and the Buccaneers want to stop that. This game could simply come down to experience.

Prediction: The Buccaneers win

Minnesota Vikings vs Los Angeles Rams (Vikings -1) – The Minnesota Vikings had an exceptional regular season. They finished the season with a record of 14-3. They were on a nine-game winning streak before losing to the Detroit Lions in their last game. They have a chance to keep their successful season going as they travel to Los Angeles. The Rams finished the season with a 10-7 record. The Rams were first in the NFC West and as a team that is 5-4 in home games, they have a shot at winning. However, Minnesota will give them trouble.

Prediction: The Vikings win
