Mark your calendars! On Saturday, April 26th, Downtown St. Louis will come alive with energy, movement, and excitement as the 2025 Spring Into Fitness event takes center stage. This year, we’re thrilled to join forces with the GO! St. Louis Marathon Weekend, giving our 5K and 1-Mile runners and walkers the opportunity to participate in these iconic races.
But don’t worry if running isn’t your thing. The Spring Into Fitness event offers something for everyone! From Zumba to yoga and a fun Foam Zone, you’re sure to find the perfect way to get moving and enjoy the day. Whether it’s stretching out on the yoga mat, breaking a sweat to lively beats, or simply soaking up the vibrant atmosphere, this event is inclusive and welcoming to all.
