Picture this, St Louis and you are looking around trying to find something, anything to brag to your out of town guest about? Then you look up and remember all the exciting things that just popped up in your head.

I am here to tell you about 3 remarkable venues, and trust me there are more. But these 3 just resonated a bit of buzz on my plate.

Next episode I can’t wait to tell you about so many more, and I do welcome any suggestions. Let’s just enjoy what we have to delegate right now.

The Top 3 places you should be going

City Foundry, designated as a market, vending space, meeting place and food hall. And of course a walking paradise for those who are looking to stay in shape. The market Fresh Thymes is complete with all your grocery, plants and drink needs. 3720 Foundry Way St Louis, MO 63110

The Food Hall is open daily except Tuesday, and has something for all taste buds. Including Good Day, with their delicious crepes and salads. There is also 4 Hens Creole Kitchen, Buenos Aires Cafe, Chez Ali, Chicken Scratch Rotisserie, Fordo’s Killer Pizza and click here for more.Parking is plentiful and free, you can park on the roof top and ground level inside and outside.

There is also a fabulous skyline view of downtown, Cortex, CWE, Clayton, SLU/Grand Arts District and soon to be Midtown, where it is located.

In Da Loop Restaurant, a new brick oven fancy restaurant in the St Louis loop area. Complete with a full-service bar, Juke box, dainty seating/booths and a succulent menu. It would take me all day to sock it to you. But, the pizza is to die for. And they have a great lunch menu for $14.00; pizza, salad and drink.

There are also soups, salads, wings with dipping sauce of your choice, sandwiches, vegan options and seafood.

And with this being a new restaurant in the loop. One would ask, what will make this place so special?

I would say the owners, Darren and DeMadison are two guys with military ties and hard work ethics under their belts. So, they know how to prepare and dignify customer’s relations. Whilst some venues all they care about is profits and not all hands on deck approach, if you will.

So, I think this place can and will be successful and compete with these others establishments in the bustling life of the Delmar Loop in St Louis. 6665 Delmar Blvd #100B, University City/St Louis, MO 63130

Last but not least, you have a little further west my friend, STL on the Rocks. Yes sir, you heard me. These 3 loving women have taken matters into their own pocketbooks, by opening a fabulous sports venue. Some would say that we have enough of that in St Louis.

However, this unique night spot is definitely waiting to be explored. It is very spacious, with big screens to catch games, Juke Box, pool table, Darts and has a full service bar. With up to date beers, wine coolers and specialty Mexican brews.

What makes it so special, it is winning the heart of people looking to book event space and birthday parties. Their kitchen opens soon, but don’t worry there are plenty places to go and eat And if you are nice they may allow you to bring it in. There are also live bands on Saturday and Sunday (check Facebook). 10086 Page Ave., St Louis, MO 63132

So please enjoy the photo gallery, links for more information of these wonderful places, and I will write you later.
