Wow, the St. Louis Public Library continues to help make the community it serves life better. There are hundreds of seamstresses and embroiderers in our area. And this new service sponsored by our great institution, St. Louis Public Library, will be a welcoming initiative. So, what are you waiting for, click the link and get started?

are now available to use in the Creative Experience spaces at our Barr, Central or
Julia Davis locations.

Reservations can be made up to one week in advance and will be confirmed by a staff member via phone or email. Embroidery/Sewing machines are available at all Creative Experience locations.

Embroidery/Sewing machines are available for in-library use during normal business hours
Embroidery/Sewing machines are available on a walk-in or reservation basis. Reservations are encouraged but not required.
If it is your first time using the embroidery/sewing machine or if you need assistance, it is recommended to schedule a Tech Connect appointment to ensure there is a staff member available to assist you one-on-one.
Creative Experience does not provide fabric. Customer will need to bring their own materials.
Creative Experience will provide embroidery thread and replacement needles.
There is no charge to use the embroidery/sewing machine.
