Elected State Representative Del Taylor will be the moderator for a powerful upcoming Stop The Violence Town Hall Meeting scheduled for April 1, 2023. This event is important for the community.

Del stated, “This is a chance for us to meet and interact with Stl Metropolitan Police Chief Robert Tracy and Chief Charles Coyle. Mr. Sal Martinez, the CEO of Employment Connection will also be on hand to talk about many of the resources he has to offer for employment and housing.” It is important that the people come out to this event because the speakers really want to hear the concerns of the community.

Del stated “The main purpose of this Stop The Violence Town Hall Meeting is for folks to come out and hear the vision from these prominent speakers. What makes this town hall meeting different is there will be time after the meeting for a meet and greet for people to shake hands and converse one on one with the speakers.

This meeting will be great because we get to tackle things not only from a policing perspective but also from a community aspect and what services we have that can be implemented to create change. Sal actually has individuals that work in the community hands-on.”
