St. Louis, MO – Jackie ‘JP’ Phillips, Founder of The Leadership Lab, is excited to launch a  youth empowerment program, recognized as The Leadership Lab. This new program will  consist of specially curated workshops that will occur on the 1st and 3rd Saturday in September  and October. The workshop locations vary between virtual access and in-person. The local workshops will be hosted on the heart of Ferguson, MO at the Ferguson Youth Initiative’s  Backbay. Attendees can find the location at: 106 Church St, Ferguson, MO 63135

The goal of The Leadership Lab is to have 50 participants, ages 8-21 years old. The program  aims to ignite leadership skills in youth through a four-part series focusing on Awareness,  Activate, Align, and Apply.

“The focal point of awareness is an opportunity for the youth and partners to learn more  about the program, and expectations of participants and coaches, and to ask questions. We  also aim to get their minds activated and leadership juices flowing through activities,” says  Jackie ‘JP’ Phillips. “We believe that every youth has the potential to be a leader, and we  are dedicated to providing them with the tools and resources to thrive in today’s fast-paced  world.”

Carl Green, Lloyd Bruce, and Jackie “JP” Phillips are making this collective effort as coaches to  provide youth with the tools needed for success. Carl Green’s ability to connect with and inspire  young minds has earned him a reputation as a charismatic and influential figure in youth  leadership development. Through his impactful work, Carl Green is shaping the next generation  of leaders and leaving a lasting impact on communities.

Lloyd Bruce’s passion for leadership and personal growth coaching is complemented by a  successful track record in the IT industry, where he stays updated with the latest trends. Lloyd’s  effective communication skills further enhance his coaching abilities, empowering others to  excel.

The collaboration between The Leadership Lab and the Ferguson Youth Initiative aims to  address the pressing need for equitable access and community support for St. Louis’ youth. By  providing fresh workforce exposure, innovative ideas, direct mentorship, and scholarships to  those in need, this collaborative effort was facilitated with the hopes of making a positive impact  on families in St. Louis, MO.

The program is currently seeking partners to help provide scholarships for participants. Those  interested in supporting this initiative can contact jp@unheardtv.com for more information.  To register for the workshops or to learn more about becoming a partner or volunteer, email  Jackie Phillips at jp@unheardtv.com.
