Try Local Eats at West County Center with MOObile Food Truck!

Don’t miss out on the chance to try delicious local food at the MOObile Food Truck in West County Center’s Pop-Up Eatery

The MOObile Food Truck is taking over the Pop-Up Eatery at West County Center and will be in the food court location until Sunday, December 22nd. Hours are Monday through Saturday 11 AM to 8 PM and Sunday Noon to 6 PM.  They will be adding DoorDash soon! This is a great way to try local and support local during the holiday season.

The menu offers the opportunity to try cooked-to-order smash burgers, tallow fries, housemade dipping sauces, and Excel soft drinks. Stay tuned for weekly specials.

What is the MOObile?:

The MOObile Food Truck serves the St. Louis, Missouri region. It is the brainchild of Pierce Creek Cattle Company in Lonedell, Missouri, an hour southwest of St. Louis. The mission is to provide healthy, locally and pastured raised beef with a commitment to quality and sustainability.  They do not use any unnecessary antibiotics or added hormones. they are truly farm-to-table with a “from scratch” kitchen. The MOObile offers a delectable menu that includes smash burgers, specialty burgers, tallow fries, and dipping sauces. They use as many local ingredients as possible, including buns and bread from Companion Baking Company and local bacon from Kern Meats. 

Who is Pierce Creek Cattle Company?  

Pierce Creek Cattle Company is a 4th generation farm in Lonedell, Missouri owned by Kent Evans and Rachelle L’Ecuyer. Kent is the 4th generation in his family to manage the 240-acre farm with a focus on regenerative farming.  The mission of Pierce Creek Cattle  Company is to produce pasture and ethically raised beef without hormones or unnecessary antibiotics and make it available to the St. Louis region. They do not ship beef, they deliver it directly to you. It’s all raised and processed locally to be consumed locally.
