Exploring the Diverse Golf Marketing Foundation’s Role in Nurturing Young Golf Talent

The Diversity Golf Marketing Group and Foundation, a 501 c 3 organization, is a network of professional and amateur golf enthusiast, marketing professionals and community supporters who are dedicated to increasing minority participation rates for the game of Golf in America. In partnership with PGA Reach, who serves over 40,000 youth per year, we develop and nurture children ages 8 – 16 to create life-long positive habits via the creation of community sponsored Jr. PGA Leagues throughout the country. Together, we gift scholarships to deserving families to provide equipment, training facilities, practice uniforms, transportation assistance, golf lessons and more.

We understand the impact and benefits of the sport as it translates into the positive development of under privileged children, mostly located in our cities urban areas. Our leadership team combines over 30 years experience in organizational development, fundraising for targeted initiatives and marketing education based initiatives.

Our Goal:
To create opportunities for higher education in minority children by learning, engaging and practicing Golf by breaking the financial barriers which lead to non inclusion. We also will develop a turn key system for learning the rules and game etiquette, pairing PGA team Captains, school systems, local golf communities and families in all 50 states. This standardized model for diversity marketing to grow the game of golf, used
from town to town, city to city, state to state.

Our Programs and Services:
–
Golf Training for youth ages 8 – 16
– Golf equipment and uniform assistance
– Golf event marketing for our non profit affiliates
– Mentorship and youth leadership development skills
– College Scholarship assistance for Student Athletes
– Develop Funding sources for Non profit Golf organizations
– Diversity Forum facilitation to enable Community Benefits Programs for Corporate, private and non profit partnerships
