St. Louis, MO — November 12, 2025 — Almost Home is proud to announce its 6th Annual emPOWER  Campaign, a two-day virtual fundraising initiative set for November 12–13, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This  year’s theme, “Invest in Her Future,” reflects the organization’s commitment to providing safe housing,  coaching, and life-changing services for young moms ages 16–28 and their children.

With a fundraising goal of $130,000, the emPOWER Campaign will be fueled by matching gifts from generous  sponsors, allowing every donation to have double the impact. Community members are encouraged to  participate and help Almost Home break barriers, create opportunities, and ensure stability for families who have  experienced housing insecurity.

“Every gift through emPOWER is not just an investment in one young mom — it’s an investment in her children,  her stability, and the future of our community,” said Huvona Watkins, Executive Director of Almost Home.  “And now, as families face the effects of a challenging economic climate, our moms need help more than ever to  overcome obstacles and take their next courageous steps. Thanks to our sponsors, donors can see their generosity  multiplied in real time.”

Sponsorship opportunities are available at various levels, from Advocator Sponsor ($15,000+) to Friend  Sponsor ($250), each offering unique ways for individuals and organizations to make a difference. To become a  sponsor, please call (314) 771-4663 ext. 415.

The emPOWER Campaign is entirely virtual, making it easy for supporters to rally online, spread the word, and  contribute at: https://almosthomestl.org/empower/

For 24 hours, Almost Home invites the community to join forces, invest in her future, and help young moms  build stability and opportunity for their families.
