Celebrating community impact: Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis inducts leaders into the 2025 Hall of Honor.

(August 7, 2025 – ST. LOUIS, MO) – It’s an exciting night for Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis (BGCSTL)!
BGCSTL hosts its Annual Spotlight on Service celebration, honoring staff, volunteers, Club alums, supporters and Board Members at the Edward Jones Headquarters, 12555 Manchester Rd., St. Louis, MO 63131 at 5:30 p.m. The program will begin at 6:15 p.m. Club alums will be inducted into the prestigious Hall of Honor, recognizing their career, family, and community achievements. This year’s inductees include a familiar name or two with,
– Missouri State Representative LaKeySha Frazier-Bosley (D-MO), District 79
– Brennan Spain – Head Coach, Cardinal Ritter – Jamal Bailey-Ferguson – Published Author
– Frank Robinson, Sr. – Mathews-Dickey Club Alum
– Jeffrey R. Mull – Bethalto Club Alum
– Mayor Gary Bost – Mayor of Bethalto, Illinois
BGCSTL will also honor local foundations with the National Award of Merit for their outstanding support to Club programming and services or the Boys & Girls Club Movement. The foundations receiving recognition include the following:
– Amy Stringer Hessel in her work and partnership with an Anonymous Foundation
– Richard Fahey and the support of Catherine Manley Gaylord Foundation
– Stephen Jones and the support of the Orthwein Foundation
– John Moroney and the support of the Taco Bell Foundation
Staff member recognition falls in the National Service to Youth category beginning with five- and ten-year increments. This year is particularly special as we celebrate a large number of staff members for 10, 20, and 25 years of service.
BGCSTL President/CEO Brandon Williams expresses, “This is a full circle moment for me as a Club alum and now President/CEO of the organization. I am proud of our staff, Club alums, supporters, and Board members for their dedication to serving our youth. They play a crucial role in ensuring our young people have a clear path to success.”
