Chelsea Sleet, the Chief Executive Officer at Cynergie Security Group LLC, is not just a businesswoman; she is a visionary leader with a passion for making a difference. Born and raised on the west side of St. Louis, Chelsea’s journey to founding Cynergie Security Group is a testament to her resilience and commitment to excellence. With over 11 years of experience in the healthcare field, Chelsea’s career took a turn during the pandemic when a family member suggested exploring opportunities in the security sector. Recognizing the challenges veterans face in finding employment, she embarked on a mission to create a company that not only provided top-notch security services but also addressed a pressing societal need.

Cynergie Security Group, a locally owned and operated company, stands out for its commitment to quality service. Chelsea emphasizes the importance of understanding clients’ needs and providing well-trained personnel, even if it means putting over-trained individuals in certain positions. This approach, she believes, changes the narrative around security services and public safety. Because, Chelsea takes pride in her diverse team, comprising event staff, security officers, K9 specialists, police officers, sheriffs, and detectives. Moreover, their combined expertise allows Cynergie to offer a comprehensive range of services, setting them apart from traditional guard agencies. A standout achievement for Chelsea and her team is providing security for Mardi Gras STL for the third consecutive year without a single incident.

Furthermore, this accomplishment speaks volumes about the meticulous planning, strategic meetings, and full-scope understanding of client needs that define Cynergie Security Group.  Looking forward, Chelsea is gearing up for intense hiring, inviting individuals with experience or interest in the security sector to participate in their Walk-in Wednesdays. In conclusion, her commitment to never giving up and her gratitude towards her team showcase Chelsea Sleet as a leader who is not just building a successful business but also leaving a lasting impact on the community.
