Jayson Tatum, a Chaminade alum and Boston Celtics superstar, returns to the Olympic stage after winning gold in Tokyo, while Napheesa Collier, a former Incarnate Word Academy athlete and current WNBA star with the Minnesota Lynx, is ready to make her Olympic debut. These two St. Louis natives are prime examples of the city’s basketball prowess.

DeAnna Price, a Southern Illinois University Carbondale graduate, aims to defend her Olympic gold in the hammer throw, while Providence College alumna and American record-holder Emily Sisson takes on the marathon.
