Get ready for an unforgettable weekend of wine and jazz in Hermann, Missouri! The Wine & Jazz Festival is back in 2024, with a lineup of top artists and delicious local wines.

Saturday August 3rd 2024 • 12:00 pm

Clara Eitmann Messmer Amphitheater, 231 East 5th Street, Hermann, MO

Event Guidelines

Here are the guidelines for our 8th annual Hermann Wine & Jazz Festival.

Fee:

  • Click here to purchase your tickets online for the Hermann Wine & Jazz Festival. 
  • $25 for all performers for the entire day. Wristband at the gate.
  • Children are most welcome! Children 10 and under are admitted free of charge with their guardian.
  • What if it rains?  We will do our best to keep the show going in a nearby location under a tent.  We will  keep everyone’s safety in mind.  We will not reschedule. Tickets are non-refundable.
  • All proceeds go to Camp Rainbow. Camp Rainbow provides free camp experiences and programs for children and families affected by childhood cancer and blood-related diseases.
  • Official T-Shirt is offered on site at the vendor tent for ARB-Signs, LLC. You can also purchase prior to the event if ordered by July 26. Visit ARB-Signs site at https://arb-signs.com/product/hermann-wine-jazz-festival-t-shirt/

Allowed:

  • Please bring your own lawn chairs or blankets.
  • Empty coolers of ice only will be allowed in, considering the summer heat. No outside food or drink. We encourage everyone to support the vendors! Click here to see food & drink available for sale at the event.
  • Pop-up tents are allowed, but they may NOT be staked into the ground. EZ Up Tents are allowed. EZ Up Tent should be no larger than 10’x10′ and can only be used along the perimeter of the amphitheater grounds in order to prevent the blockage of patrons’ view. Usage is first-come, first-served.
  • Pets are allowed on leashes.

NOT Allowed:

Tickets

Purchase your tickets before the event

General Admission $25.00

Entry to event with general public seating. Please be aware the name and cell phone number of each attendee must be entered to receive ticket information. If you do not know the information, you can enter “TBD” but that person will NOT have notifications sent to them.

Group Ticket Sales $600.00

We also offer additional discounted ticket pricing for groups of 50 or more. Please contact Laura at 314.640.8556 for more information.

Full Day Ticket with Transportation $100.00

Make your decision easy with this all inclusive ticket! Private bus transportation leaving Fenton, MO at 11 a.m. so you can spend the afternoon visiting Hermann before the event begins and returning after the concert. This ticket includes your wristband to enter the venue, your first glass of Missouri wine and prepackaged snacks. Tour bus will leave Hermann at 10 p.m. to arrive back in Fenton, MO approximately 11:30 p.m. The first 50 sign ups will also receive a stemless travel wine glass compliments of Camp Rainbow.

Event Ticket with Transportation $100.00

This ticket includes your wristband to enter the venue, your first glass of Missouri wine and prepackaged snacks. Tour bus will leave Hermann at 10 p.m. to arrive back in Fenton, MO approximately 11:30 p.m.
