ST. LOUIS (July 31, 2025)—St. Louis CITY SC and Purina are bringing people, pets and soccer together in a new way – with a special matchday experience at Energizer Park for fans and their dogs. CITY will host Pups at the Park presented by Purina when St. Louis CITY2 takes on MNUFC2 on Friday, Sept. 12 at 7:00 p.m. Fans can bring their pups to Energizer Park to enjoy the match together from reserved seats on the stadium’s south lower concourse. A limited number of tickets will go on sale Friday, August 1 at 10:00 a.m. CST at www.seatgeek.com.

Pups at the Park follows the success of last year’s sold-out Pups on the Pitch on-field event and the continued popularity of the Purina Club inside Energizer Park, the first permanent pet-friendly stadium space in Major League Soccer, which has seen consecutive sellouts since debuting in 2023.

“Pups at the Park expands upon our partnership with our founding partner and official kit partner, Purina, and gives our fans a memorable MLS Next Pro matchday experience they can enjoy alongside their canine companions,” said Matt Sebek, St. Louis CITY SC’s Chief Experience Officer. “We are looking forward to hosting fans and their dogs at Energizer Park and supporting our friends at the APA Adoption Center and the great work they do in our community.”

Pups at the Park tickets are $25 plus fees and includes (1) human and (1) dog ticket (max of 2 per transaction). Additional human tickets (max of 6 per transaction) are $15 plus fees each. CITY SC will donate $5 of each Pups at the Park ticket sold directly to the APA Adoption Center.

“We’re excited to introduce a new pet-inclusive occasion to passionate soccer fans and pet owners that furthers our shared ambition to make St. Louis CITY SC the most pet-friendly sports club in the world,” said Eric Willis, Purina Chief Marketing Officer. “The response to the Purina Club has been remarkable, and Pups at the Park allows us to extend that opportunity – to experience the thrills of a live CITY soccer match – with your pet by your side.”

With each ticket, fans can also enjoy dog-centric activities including:

  • Photo opportunity with pitch in background
  • Bandana giveaway for each pup
  • Treat giveaway from Purina
  • Human facepainting
  • Adoptable pets from the APA

All participants must complete a release and provide vaccination information for their dog to enter the stadium.

CITY2 currently sits atop of MLS Next Pro league standings with 43 points and a total of 13 wins for the season. Recently, the team made MLS Next Pro history by winning eight matches in a row, with its unbeaten streak now currently at 10.
