Jefferson City, Missouri — Lincoln University is officially accepting sealed bids for the Martin Luther King Hall Window Replacement Project under RFP#: LU26002. The project aims to enhance campus infrastructure through the replacement of windows at Martin Luther King Hall.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Walkthrough

A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough conference will be held to provide bidders with detailed project instructions and site access.

Attendance at this pre-bid conference is required for any contractor intending to submit a proposal.

Project Overview

The Martin Luther King Hall Window Replacement Project is part of Lincoln University’s continued commitment to maintaining and upgrading campus facilities. The window replacement will improve energy efficiency, safety, and overall building performance while preserving the integrity of one of the university’s key campus structures.


Contractors and qualified vendors are encouraged to participate in this opportunity and ensure timely submission of all required documentation. For additional information, prospective bidders should contact the Office of Facilities and Planning directly.
