ST. LOUIS, MO — In an effort to strengthen community connections and bring families, friends, and neighbors together, the Kappa Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. is taking its tradition of brotherhood, scholarship, and service to the skating rink with its upcoming “Skating with the Sigmas” community event on Friday, November 20, 2026.
Scheduled from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at St. Nick’s Skating Rink, 701 N. 18th Street in downtown St. Louis, the event promises an evening of roller skating, music, fellowship, and positive energy. Admission is $25, and the gathering is open to everyone.
At a time when opportunities for meaningful social interaction and community engagement are increasingly important, the event offers residents a chance to reconnect, build relationships, and enjoy wholesome recreation in a welcoming environment.
Founded in 1914, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity has long embraced the principle of “Culture for Service and Service for Humanity.” The fraternity’s commitment to community involvement extends beyond traditional service projects to include activities that promote unity, social engagement, and lasting relationships.
“Skating with the Sigmas” reflects that spirit by creating an atmosphere where fraternity members, community supporters, and residents of all ages can share an enjoyable evening.
The Kappa Sigma Chapter encourages attendees to spread the word, invite friends, and join the celebration.
