carried a light — but it took life’s journey, challenge, transition, and spiritual grounding for

her to understand the assignment connected to that light. A proud Hazelwood West High

School graduate, Tiffany went on to Purdue University where she earned her Bachelor of

Science degree in Business Management. She further advanced her academic leadership

with an MBA in Marketing from Emory University — preparing her for more than a career

— preparing her for purpose.

Those who encounter Tiffany are immediately struck by her presence. She is beautiful,

exciting, full of energizing light, and carries a wisdom that feels both seasoned and

gracefully beyond her years. She radiates authenticity, transparency, faith, and awareness —

making her voice not only relatable, but spiritually needed in this moment in women’s

history.

For more than 25 years Tiffany built an impressive professional path in marketing, brand

influence, and strategic communication — studying human behavior, consumer connection,

emotional drivers, and how people define meaning. But life became her greatest teacher.

Career shifts, divorce, becoming an empty-nester, menopause, weight changes, and serving

as part of the “sandwich generation” — caring up and caring down — tested everything she

thought she knew about stability and identity.

Those challenging life events that could have taken her joy were actually the moments that

propelled Tiffany Joy to step boldy into her calling. Tiffany says her divine purpose is to

spread joy to others. “Through my experiences, I discovered that the most powerful thing a

woman can do is maintain her JOY.”

Through deep faith, surrender, prayer, spiritual maturity, and finally choosing herself — she

discovered what so many women never give themselves permission to say out loud: JOY is

not a luxury. JOY is a necessity. JOY is part of our spiritual endurance contract. JOY is a divine

right.

From that revelation, she founded The JOYful Nation — a movement, a ministry, a sisterhood

of women who are ready to live in their purpose, pursue their passions, and protect their

peace. A community grounded in the signature JOY Framework of Faith, Freedom, and

Friendship — guiding women back to alignment, confidence, and spiritual reclamation.

Tiffany now serves as the Founder and Chief JOY Officer of The JOYful Nation. Through her

leadership, countless women are rediscovering the power of intentional JOY — not as a

temporary emotional high — but as a lifestyle, a choice, and a posture rooted in spiritual

identity.

“JOY isn’t lost,” Tiffany says. “It’s just waiting for you.”
