ST. LOUIS, MO (October 13, 2025) – The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis (BGCSTL) is gearing up for one of its most exciting and inspiring events of the year: the announcement of the 2025 Youth of the Year (YOY). This prestigious honor, the highest recognition a Boys & Girls Club member can achieve, celebrates young leaders who have made outstanding contributions to their families, schools, communities, and Clubs. This year, six exceptional teens are vying for the title, which will be revealed at the Great Futures Gala on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Energizer Park, home of St. Louis CITY SC.

The Great Futures Gala, BGCSTL’s largest annual fundraising event, promises to be a night to remember. With the bright lights of CITY SC as the backdrop, the event will not only celebrate the achievements of these remarkable young individuals but also raise critical funds to support the Clubs’ programs. Last year’s gala raised an impressive $650,000, directly benefiting Club kids and teens across the region.

Meet the 2025 Youth of the Year Candidates:

D’Aura T. – Teen Center of Excellence Club member

Logan G. – Teen Center of Excellence Club member

Aliyah P. – Teen Center of Excellence Club member

Austin N. – Bethalto Club member

Antrell W. – Teen Center of Excellence Club member

Marleyna S. – Bethalto Club member

These six candidates are currently preparing for their official interviews with a panel of judges. From this group, four finalists will be selected to attend the Great Futures Gala, where the ultimate winner will be announced.

“The Youth of the Year program honors our nation’s most awe-inspiring young people on their path to great futures and encourages all kids to lead, succeed, and inspire,” said Brandon Williams, President and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis.
