Argus “Placing Your Betts” Business of the Week: AH! TV — Where today’s broadcasters get their start. By Argus Staff, Andre Holman launched AH! TV Network is a place to showcase positive media and help launch the careers of budding broadcasters, podcasters, content creators, and more. For many in the media industry, the road to opportunity is nonlinear. One door closes only for another to open—but sometimes that new door needs to be opened for you. This week’s Business of the Week is providing a platform for the next generation of creators and community leaders. AH! TV is working to change the game for up-and-coming television hosts, broadcasters, podcasters, content creators, and entrepreneurs. The multi-platform live streaming network isn’t just producing digital content; it’s invested in launching careers and shining a light on local community organizations.AH! TV Network was founded by media entrepreneur Andre Holman with the goal of centering community and providing a space for new voices to emerge. The network can be found on Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, and social media platforms where they’re producing content with national reach, but local impact. Growing up in the Walnut Park neighborhood of St. Louis, Holman began his media career as an intern for STL TV in 1991. He worked his way up to become Station Manager, and in that time, Holman improved the station’s production quality and elevated the brand. Under his leadership, the station was nominated for and won regional and national awards, including Emmys and Tellys. Professional success wasn’t enough for Holman. Early in his career, he started to think about creating a space that wasn’t just about him. He wanted to pay it forward by fostering a media community where everyone has access to opportunities to grow and succeed.AH! TV is that space.AH! TV: More Than Just a NetworkAH! TV wants to help creators turn their passion into programming and is invested in the success of its:Creators Hosts Broadcasters Podcasters Entrepreneurs Community organizations jump-starting their media presence. AH! TV works with creators to provide structure and professional-quality production they might not have access to on their own. That means taking their ideas and helping them create a cohesive show. New hosts can hone their skills broadcasting in studio-quality sets, receive guidance on how to present themselves and their brands, and gain access to distribution on multiple platforms. Holman understands that talent is only half the battle. Many aspiring broadcasters have the skills and knowledge, but lack the resources to access entry points into the industry. AH! TV wants to change that. The team works with creators to improve their pitches, on-camera performance, storytelling, and more. They work together to understand what it means to build an audience and how to engage them. The goal is to take local content with staying power and give it the tools to thrive on a national stage. The Moment That Makes You Say “AH!”
AH! TV is a network that curates content that makes you say “AH!” That moment when you’re clicking through channels or scrolling, and something stops you. It inspires you. It challenges you. Or it makes you laugh so hard you forget what you were supposed to be doing . Whether that’s entertainment, sports, lifestyle, faith-based programming, business, fashion, wellness tips, or community news — AH! TV is committed to creating an “AH!” moment and launching the careers of those who can bring it.

Mentorship and Leadership: Holman has spent years invested in mentoring youth and being an active leader in his community. Serving as a coach and teaching life lessons on and off the field of play were principles he took with him into the media. Now those same principles he used to teach kids about discipline and being a team player have been integrated into his company’s work culture.“I always tell people that everyone has a purpose,” Holman said. “My job is to help you find yours.”AH! TV is creating opportunities for people to share their purpose with the world. Streaming Into the Future: Streaming isn’t going anywhere, and AH! TV is positioning itself to help pave the way for the next generation of media masters. Whether that’s hosting, podcasting, content creation, or uplifting local businesses and organizations through media, AH! TV wants to help launch your brand. If you’re looking for a place to start or take your media career to the next level, AH! TV might be just the platform you need.
