Soul Vibe Live Poetry Experience featuring local spoken word artistsLocal spoken word artists will shine on Wednesday, March 7, when Soul Vibe Poetry Collective puts on Soul Vibe Live Poetry Experience at the Legacy Event Room, located at 5249 Delmar Blvd. Delmar Loop patrons can expect beats, vibes, and poetry from some of St. Louis’s most powerful wordsmiths. Show time is from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. with doors opening at 6 p.m. Tickets are $15 at the door and can be purchased online. Poetry lovers can expect “stage-commanding” artists with the ability to hit you with knowledge. Performers for the evening include FoFeet, Rahn Stokes (Chill), Ill Skillz, Cheeraz Gorman, Ms. Nterpretation, Brother Ting, Floyd Boykin Jr., Chris Lok, and more special guests.“The Soul Vibe Live Poetry Experience is an experience of REALNESS and brotherhood,” Soul Vibe Poetry Collective said in a press release. “We bring you different styles so we can appeal to you and keep you wanting more. So whether you’re here tonight to gain some self-reflection or to get your ‘shawty shook,’ WE GOT YOU.”Mixing self-reflection with getting turned up is something Soul Vibez Poetry Collective does best. Much of their talent often blurs the lines of spoken word, mixing storytelling with conscious commentary and a side of barz. Spotlighting talent that calls St. Louis home has been a focus for groups like Soul Vibe Poetry Collective. In addition to hosting events like these, Soul Vibe hosts open mics and workshops that focus on creating a space for poets to share and grow.Contact the artists at 314-348-8363 or 314-504-0144 for more information.#SoulVibeLivePoetryExperience to perform at Delmar Loop venue March 7
