A suburban St. Louis restaurant is getting national attention. Oh London, at 11411 Olive Boulevard in Creve Coeur, landed at No. 13 on Yelp’s Best New Restaurants of 2026 list, a roundup of 25 restaurants published each year.

What it is

Oh London comes from the team behind the Indian restaurant Black Salt. The spacious restaurant and lounge serves British pub favorites, American comfort dishes, and rotating global specials. Yelp’s write-up highlights fish and chips, bangers and mash, and chicken tikka masala, along with a Sunday jazz brunch that includes an all-you-can-eat buffet, a carving station, made-to-order omelets, and bottomless mimosas. It opened in early 2025.

How the ranking works

Yelp says it looked at full-service restaurants that opened after January 1, 2025, and ranked them using review volume and ratings. That explains an interesting detail: Oh London’s Yelp rating is 3.7 out of 5, lower than many other honorees, which average around 4.3. In other words, the list reflects popularity and review activity, not only the highest scores. Reviews are mixed, with some diners praising service and events and others calling certain dishes bland.

A celebration deal

The restaurant says it was the only St. Louis-area restaurant on the list. To mark the honor, it is offering a “#13 Prix Fixe Menu” all October: a three-course dinner for two for $59 total.

Why it matters

National lists can bring visitors and new customers to local restaurants. They also get people talking, which for a St. Louis dining scene known for neighborhood spots is a good thing.

If you go

  • Make a reservation, especially for Sunday brunch.
  • Ask about the October prix fixe when you book.
  • Read recent reviews to set expectations, since experiences vary.
