A Board-Certified Case Manager with advanced degrees in nursing and leadership, Carlita has consistently demonstrated her commitment to excellence and equity in health care. Her achievements include building cross-sector partnerships, launching the Returning to Eden health education platform, and advancing emergency readiness initiatives. Most recently, she was appointed to the NCLEX Review Panel, further underscoring her dedication to fairness and inclusion in the nursing profession.
