WHAT: | Affinia Healthcare is holding a special health fair for members of the immigrant community as part of its comprehensive mission to increase access to healthcare for all. Affinia Healthcare is partnering with the St. Louis Vietnamese Community to host this health fair. Services offered will include: health screenings, dental care, physicals, behavioral health referrals, community resources, and Medicaid application assistance. Affinia Healthcare, previously known as Grace Hill Health Center, was founded in 1906 to serve immigrants arriving in St. Louis. Serving this community remains a priority for the community health center. |
