FRCC’s mission is to empower and positively impact children, families, the underserved, communities by addressing their social needs and issues through education, prevention, and awareness. The FRCC organization is unique because the focus is to positively impact smaller audiences of children, families and the underserved including seasoned mature individuals, ex-offenders, as well as those experiencing homelessness.

Program components include:

Arts and Wellness

  • Artistic Expressions can be provided during your summer camp as requested such as poetry, writing, dance and painting. First come, first served. Registration is required.
  • Artistic Expressions is available for children, adults and seniors.

Financial Empowerment

  • Children and Parents
