WHO: Hosted by the Multicultural Media & Correspondents Association (“MMCA”) & Donald W. Reynolds Journalism Institute (“RJI”) exclusively for Black, Latina, Asian and other People of Color -led or -serving media (“Equitable Media”).

WHAT: Webinar about a groundbreaking new pilot initiative to assist Equitable media in applying for unsecured, no interest, financing of up to $250,000 from the Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC) Diverse Supplier Grant Initiative, sponsored by JPMorgan Chase.
 
WHERE: 
 BIPOCXChange (“BXC”), a disruptive new platform created to promote, fund and connect Equitable media with each other, with advertisers, and with talent and other critical resources.

WHY:  The pilot is part of the Equitable Media & Economies Initiative launched to help Equitable media access capital to expand their digital audiences, secure more advertising revenue and grow their businesses. The webinar is your chance to learn about the application process and get the information you need to make the most of this opportunity.

More About the BIPOCXChange.The BIPOCXChange (BXC) is a disruptive new tech-based solution created to help Black, Latine, Indigenous and other People of Color (BLIPOC) -led and -serving media accelerate growth and increase their collective control over who, what, where, when and if news and information is delivered to and about the audiences they serve.This metaverse styled digital ecosystem promotes and connects BLIPOC-led and -serving media platforms, content creators, media professionals and influencers with each other, with funding and other resources and with entities wanting to support or do business with them.

The BXC
also provides private, public and social sector marketers with an easy, reliable, measurable, scalable and cost-effective channel to connect directly or cross platform with the trusted BLIPOC media stakeholders and influencers that will enable them to successfully engage a growingly important and otherwise hard-to-reach BLIPOC audience. Marketers are better able to achieve their KPIs and get a greater ROI on their multicultural marketing and publicity spend.
