It only takes 90 minutes to drive to Missouri’s state capital Jefferson City from St.Louis.So, I decided to go and see what this Nature’s Art Exhibit was all about.
The taping was being produced by coordinator Rickey Jey, and filmed by my friend of Golden Brick publishing. And featured the work of artists from around the nation. (IMAGE: Golden Brick Publishing and Rickey Jey preparing for taping by The Newsletter 05)

So, while they were taping I decided to get a little taste of nature on my own..Runge Conservation Nature Center is located on an old farm land in Jefferson City..
As a result driving to it took some time and some historic sight seeing of a sort. The nature center sits back peacefully in a serene pocket of forest and tranquility.

I had the opportunity to chat with the volunteer staff at the desk. And they told me this palatial achievement has only been here since 1993.
It was once just a huge farmland that the Conservation Department of Missouri had bought to build the center.I think it is a must see for all nature lovers and students alike.
The center also has a nature walk trail. You can use it daily from 6 a.m.-9 p.m.
Before I show off the photos inside the center, here is the address just in case you want to come check it out.
