Watch the gripping trailer for Peacock’s original film “Bosco,” based on the true story of a daring prison escape. Follow the thrilling journey as Bosco and his fellow inmates hatch a plan to break out of prison and evade capture. Don’t miss this action-packed film coming soon to Peacock.

Vivica A. Fox has recently made headlines in response to Taraji P. Henson’s comments about pay inequality. Henson, while promoting the movie “The Color Purple,” expressed her frustration with being underpaid despite working hard and breaking glass ceilings in her career. TMZ approached Vivica A. Fox for her thoughts on Henson’s remarks, to which Fox responded with a diplomatic stance. She acknowledged the importance of individuals sharing their experiences but emphasized that her own experiences differed. Fox expressed contentment, stating that she is happy and blessed, understanding the significance of voicing concerns about pay inequality. In her words, “to each its own,” But to get your piece out is important, I totally understand that, and I love my girls for looking out for each other, but I’m good.”

Beyond those headlines, the iconic actress Vivica A. Fox is set to captivate audiences in the upcoming Peacock original film, “Bosco.” The movie, premiering on Feb. 2, dives into the real-life narrative of Quawntay “Bosco” Adams, who orchestrated a daring escape from federal maximum-security confinement to witness the birth of his child.  As the film takes center stage, Vivica A. Fox’s powerful performance adds an extra layer of intensity to the storyline.

“Bosco” is based on Adams’ book, “Chasin Freedum,” providing a gripping account of his escape while under 24-hour surveillance for attempting to possess marijuana. The official synopsis sets the stage for a compelling narrative: “In 2006 over two million Americans were incarcerated, but only one managed to escape a federal maximum-security wing while under 24-hour surveillance – Quawntay ‘Bosco’ Adams.”

The film showcases a stellar cast, with Aubrey Joseph leading as Bosco, alongside Nikki Blonsky, Tyrese Gibson, Theo Rossi, Thomas Jane, and, of course, Vivica A. Fox. Directed by Nicholas Manuel Pino in his feature debut, “Bosco” promises an engaging cinematic experience.  Adding to the film’s allure, original music from renowned hip-hop artists like Snoop Dogg, French Montana, The Game, DDG, and more is set to enhance the overall impact. Executive produced by David Ayer and Chris Long, and produced by Adams, Darryll C. Scott, Justin Steele, and Patrick McErlean, the film is a collaboration of Evergreen Valley Productions and Fluke Studios.

“Bosco” is not just a thrilling escape story; it is a nod to the resilience of the human spirit. As audiences eagerly anticipate its premiere on Peacock, the film promises an emotional and enthralling journey that goes beyond the confines of a typical prison escape narrative. Save the date—Feb. 2—for an unforgettable cinematic experience.
