I was just thinking about Mr. Steve Ewing the other day. I was trying to come up with the time to report on for all that he has done and continues to do in St. Louis beyond.
Steve Ewing, proud husband and dad; the founder and co-operator of Steve’s Hot Dogs & More, is a rock band leader on the side. However, he is a chosen civic leader in the business of St. Louis, especially the foodie side.
In addition to keeping his business thriving in the city, he can be found packing his food and giving back to the community. So, when I see the headlines like below, I get so angry and bitter. It is not the city, it these people that are raising or guardians to these teens in the streets. They are most definitely out of hand.
Breaking news, courtesy of Twitter: What a rollercoaster of a week. Still riding off the high from our big news earlier this week, and then this happened. We were the target of a smash and grab burglary at 3:18 this morning. If you can help police identify any of these suspects, please reach out to the police. As we’re hearing, they are continuing to hit more businesses and we’d love to see this stop. We’re sweeping up the broken glass and boarding up the front this morning, but we will be open today for lunch as usual and we would sure love to see your smiling faces in the shop soon. Steve’s Twitter statement
This comes after a joyous announcement just a few days ago. Which is the old saying, you can’t have any good news without the bad comes banging at your door.
With St. Louis’ new soccer stadium being completed and a new shining MLS team playing soon. Steve’s store has been appointed as one of the local eateries to grace the restaurant list at the stadium.
Steve: Last summer, St. Louis CITY SC asked St. Louis soccer fans to suggest the restaurants they wanted to see in Centene Stadium. More than 10,000 suggestions later, we got the call! ??? ?? ??, ?????! Thank you guys for your love and support. What an honor to be a part of this project! ????? ???? ????? ??? ??? ??? ??? ????????? ???? ?? ???? ????.

As I close, I just want to say, Steve we have your back and hope that things keep getting bigger and better in St. Louis for you and yours.
I will be over soon for that fiery Chicago and Jamaican Jamaican Dogs !Take care.
