The Third Stage of Self-Defense

This outcome deciding factor is the DECISION that we make about self-defense at that moment.  If we initiate self-defense too soon, we go to JAIL!  And, …if we initiate it too late, …we go to the hospital or morgue.

To DEFEND one’s self is the MOST CRUCIAL step out of Preparedness, Awareness & Defense!

This is because it is “the” last move that we can make in a situation where lives may be at stake.  It is the crucial moment that most people are never prepared to truly experience which leads to mental shock, brain freeze, a win for their attacker, and a loss for them.

This is usually because the most important & threatening element of self-defense is rarely addressed or considered even though it will have more of an impact on the outcome of the situation & our life than the potential attacker that we are facing could.

This outcome deciding factor is the DECISION that we make about self-defense at that moment.  If we initiate self-defense too soon, we go to JAIL!  And, …if we initiate it too late, …we go to the hospital or morgue.

Most of us never even entertain the thought of “if” and “when” we are going to know it is the right time to unleash on someone before they unleash on us.  And when most people discover themselves in this position, they sadly usually choose the option of “too late”.

This IS NOT a good protocol for self-defense so I will offer this tip that can help you to avoid falling victim to your own deeds before an attacker even makes his 1st move.

*LEARN ABOUT & BELIEVE IN YOUR RIGHTS TO SELF-DEFENSE.*

Knowing when you can and cannot strike in self-defense allows you to prepare and to adjust yourself in a situation.  It also keeps you at an advantaging step ahead to strike immediately when you see the signs surface that legally authorize the use of self-defense.  The generally accepted legal rule of self-defense is that you have the right to use any method of force including lethal against a person who is trying to bring serious harm, or death upon you.  This is not only a legal right.  It is a HUMAN right!

After you learn your right of self-defense you must then learn to truly believe it with full sincerity and commitment, or you will doubt yourself during a real pressured situation, and you will hesitate at the wrong time.

Believing that you are right in that which you are about to do, is the spark that will ignite the dynamite of your self-defense.  Just keep in mind that before we can ever properly defend ourselves against an attacking enemy, we first have to defend ours elf from our own self-doubts.
