Mission & Vision
VISION
To be the provider of choice for comprehensive health services, eliminating health disparities and empowering every member of our community to live a long, healthy life.
MISSION
To improve health outcomes in our community by providing comprehensive, multi-generational healthcare, education and support to all who need us regardless of income or socioeconomic status.
At CareSTL Health, we believe behavioral health is a primary key to living a healthy, balanced life.
Our clinical social workers, Master’s social workers, professional counselors, and Community Health Workers are trained to help patients become the best versions of themselves.
We understand life can get tough. Our behavioral health staff are equipped to manage emotional, mood, anxiety, substance-related, and sexual disorders, gender identity and other life adjustments. They work side-by-side with primary care providers to ensure that the entire person is treated: mind and body.
Patients are required to receive primary care services from CareSTL Health to obtain a behavioral health consultation. We have a short-term, focused approach to servicing your mental health needs.
Behavioral health staff members provide teleheath services and work onsite within our clinics and also within the Jennings, Hazelwood, Riverview Gardens, and Ritenour School Districts.
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) is also available for opioid and alcohol users. We have partnerships with the Black Alcohol Drug Service Information Center (BASIC) and Gateway Foundation to provide peer support, group therapy, and individual therapy to our patients.
