Yes, in the heydays of fashion, St Louis ranked right up there with you guess it: New York City. But in all essence, St Louis has always danced to a beat like no other.
Quoted on Google:
Historically, St Louis’ once storied garment district was second only to New York in the late 19th century. From the last roar of the ’20’s right past World War II, it was St. Louis (along with New York) who fashioned the nation’s women.
Boutique owner, model designer and coordinator the lovely Mrs Phyllis Morris, of Toni DA LA Couture, was at her accustomed form, as she once again showed the city her glamour. She had over 15 models on a warm evening in St Louis strut their stuff in front of the delights of those in attendance.
Mrs Morris many years ago hosted a fabulous fashion paramount at the glorious Jewel House in St Louis.
Hosted by Model, singer MC Nicole Smith a.k.a. Mz Goldie, the event did not disappointed or disturb. The photography was done by Chuck Pfoutz House of Chuck Magazine; no stranger to fashion shows himself, did a great job capturing the occasion. (Shown in the first photo of the slideshow and others)
This was Mrs Morris return back to the stage since 2019, due to the Covid-19 era, that stopped a lot of great fete in their tracks.
Toni DA LA Couture Designer Fashion is your go to for the finest after-five dresses, evening gowns, little Black dresses, bridal and bride-maids’ dresses and the accessories.
