Everyone deserves access to food and the promise of a healthy diet which is why the St. Louis Area Foodbank is committed to ensuring access to the foods and resources our neighbors need to thrive. Through our network of partners and programs across 26 counties in Eastern Missouri and Southwestern Illinois, we are working to revolutionize the hunger relief system.
For nearly 50 years, the St. Louis Area Foodbank has been working to create a pathway to nutritional security for those in our community.
During that time, we’ve learned to always be ready for new developments, open to better understanding, and willing to try different approaches. We’ve come a long way, but there is still work to be done.

The St. Louis Area Foodbank doesn’t just serve St. Louis, Missouri. We are the regional food bank for Eastern Missouri and Southwestern Illinois.
MAKING AN IMPACT
We work with more than 600 partner organizations and regional programs to feed people and to provide a pathway to nutritional security. Our goal is to increase access to nutritious food while improving the quality of life for our neighbors in need.
