Our Goal
Our goal is to increase equity and opportunities for emerging black businesses in the area of private finance, grant acquisition and sales to major companies in the St Louis, US, and World markets.
Empowering Black Businesses
The Heartland St Louis Black Chamber of Commerce is a business incubator, development center, co-working/collaborative space & community.
We work with solopreneurs, small businesses, corporate partners, sponsors & non for profit organizations.
Our goal is to improve funding, investment opportunities, wealth, education & resources with Black businesses all over the world.

We are the active source to CONNECT businesses with resources, networking, and education opportunities.

We help small businesses to GROW and scale by leveraging their assets through training and development.

We PROMOTE economic development through our shared networks and media platforms to impact growth in our region.
How We Started
We are a member of US Black Chambers Inc. a national Black Chamber of Commerce growing & promoting black enterprises all over the country.
Kansas City is our “father organization,” the Heartland Black Chamber of Commerce.
The Heartland St Louis Chamber was founded in 2016.
Our building is located at the Urban League in St Louis, minutes from Harris-Stowe State University, Saint Louis University & the Central West End.
We are excited to be changing the game in St Louis & beyond.

Through our partnership with the US Black Chamber, Inc. powered by the Small Business Association (SBA), we are able to assist our members with 1:1 business counseling, technical support & business development training & workshops to enhance their business knowledge, operate a successful business & get access to capital to grow their business. From start-up to expansion, we support our members by providing services every step of the way.
