The event aims to raise awareness and funds for heart disease and stroke prevention, and participants from various businesses and organizations came together to make it a success.

Upon arrival, volunteers and marchers were greeted with bananas, fruits, granola bars, and water, which provided them with the necessary energy to complete the walk. This year’s Heart Walk was organized by BJC Healthcare, one of the leading healthcare providers in St. Louis.

In addition, businesses like Edward Jones, R-G-A, and American Heart Association volunteers came out in large numbers to support and raise funds for research, education, and advocacy.

The event kicked off with an on-field ceremony at Busch Stadium at 8:45 a.m., following the walk, which started at 9:00 a.m. Participants walked along the designated route, enjoying the beautiful scenery, and taking in the positive energy that was present throughout the event.
