I was delighted to get back over to the East side, and for good reason. My good colleague promoter/entrepreneur Clint Collins invited as VIP, to his 2nd annual event in his beloved East St. Louis, IL.
A little about Clint and Studio 618; a place where the national as well as underserved talents can go and record their music, and later perform on stage. Studio 618 is a reputable recording studio, and if they are not at the original location at 809 St. Louis Ave. You can be sure Collins has that covered too, he will lease out a whole field for a stage.
This was the case for the huge Bud TKO Health/Wellness Burn & Learn Cannafest 2022. A large field at 2000 St. Clair set the pace for this year’s event. There were several vendors Anthony with his health tonic and spiked brownies; Tipsy Queen with her many high-end cannabis infused drinks and snack; All Things Twisted with their frozen “infusions” and many more.
I even invited some talents that I use to work with Raw Common, to perform. And there were many others such as special guest Crucial Conflict, and hosted by Benefactor.
I missed the guest speakers, but there were Cannabis Clinic speakers, cannabis games with prizes and a Cannabis Dome. Please don’t ask me to describe, you would have had to be there to get it.
