What CareSTL Health Back to School Health Fair is a neighborhood block party designed to celebrate summer, prepare families for the upcoming school year and launch relationships that improve family’s health.
Set in a carnival atmosphere, the indoor/outdoor fair includes a Live DJ, family entertainment, refreshments, school supplies & book bags (while supplies last), FREE haircuts, informational booths hosted by social and community organizations, wellness screenings and immunizations.
