I get excited when there is an opportunity to talk about those who are in the business to serve. Because what the world truly needs now is an officer of giving back and not take.
I met u with non-profit Jet Foundation of Las Vegas and definitely was interested in hearing more about them. In addition to Jet Foundation, I will be bringing more non-profits to the Argus from around the nation.

JET Foundation empowers people & families living in Las Vegas’ most under-resourced communities (throughout valley) with resources so that they not only graduate from high school ready for success in college, career, and life (with programs and resources). We serve those living in Las Vegas and surrounding areas, with social and economic needs to enrich their lives.
With support from committed volunteers, JET’s goal is to change the life trajectory of those in the community by providing academic, youth development, and health and basic needs support for families.

JET Foundation Family Resource Fair & Backpack Giveaway
We are thankful to the 2,340 community members that attended our Family Resource Fair & Backpack Giveaway brought to you by JET Foundation & Clark County, Nevada Commissioner Justin Jones.
Our uniquely curated event provided a 25,000lb Food distribution, backpacks & school supplies, resources & support services, library card services, raffles, activities, jumpers, BBQ plates, vendors, job opportunities, clothes giveaway, free bikes, free books, petting zoo, ON-SITE welfare and SNAP services, we paid $500 towards 4 families rent, gave out $1,000 in Walmart gift cards, and more!
We welcomed 721 families of K-12 students in the valley. Our fair encompassed referral information, health and nutrition services, children’s activities, family services and many other needed resources for community members.
