CeCe McCoo
Area Director
Serving the bi-state area, E. St. Louis, IL/St. Louis, MO, CeCe brings over three decades of Christian leadership experience to her role at Joni and Friends. A former senior pastor, CeCe has a heart for serving people living with disability and poverty. CeCe’s call to serve in correctional institutions for over 13 years equipped her with the strength and courage to go to Samaria, the place where few will travel—and has taught her the value of serving those often forgotten.

The Joni and Friends International Disability Center in Agoura Hills, California serves as the administrative hub for ministry programs around the world. With every wheelchair and Bible delivered, every retreat and respite event held, and every church mobilized to integrate and honor people with disabilities, Joni and Friends follows the call of Jesus found in Luke 14:
